Sweepstakes Schedule and Prizes

Each Entry Period ends at 11:59 PM PT on the date shown. One potential winner will be selected at random on or about the following Tuesday.

1. Sponsor

The BLVD Fall Shopping Spree Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Gindi Capital, operator of BLVD Las Vegas (“Sponsor”).

2. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Nevada who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, participating prize providers, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

4. How to Enter

During an Entry Period, follow @blvd_lasvegas on Instagram and BLVD Las Vegas on Facebook and tag one friend in a comment on the applicable giveaway post. Each additional eligible friend tagged in a separate comment receives one additional entry, up to five (5) comment entries per person per Entry Period. Share the applicable giveaway post to an Instagram Story while tagging @blvd_lasvegas for one (1) bonus entry. The maximum is six (6) entries per person per Entry Period. Entrants must keep their Instagram account public through winner selection so Story entries can be verified. Entries that are incomplete, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise noncompliant may be disqualified.

5. Alternate Method of Entry

To enter without using social media, send an email to [email protected] during the applicable Entry Period. Include the entrant’s full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and the applicable week number. A maximum of six (6) valid email entries may be submitted per person per Entry Period. Each valid alternate-method entry will receive the same chance of winning as a social-media entry.

6. Prizes

One (1) winner will be selected per Entry Period. Weeks 1, 3 and 5 each include: one (1) $250 JD Sports gift card; one (1) $300 PUMA gift card; two (2) Pandora charms with a combined ARV of $100; and dinner for two (2) at How Ya Dough’n with an ARV of $100. Weeks 2, 4 and 6 each include: one (1) $250 JD Sports gift card; one (1) $300 H&M gift card; and two (2) sunglasses total from Sunglass Hut with a combined ARV not to exceed $300. Total ARV of each Week 1, 3 or 5 prize package is $750. Total ARV of each Week 2, 4 or 6 prize package is $850. Total ARV of all prizes is $4,800. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for all costs not expressly included, including travel, and all applicable taxes.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for each Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by direct message and must respond within forty-eight (48) hours with requested eligibility and prize-fulfillment information. If a potential winner does not respond, is ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8. Content Capture and Publicity

Sponsor may invite a confirmed winner and their guest to participate in photo or video capture during the prize experience. Participation is voluntary, is not a condition of receiving the prize, and requires a separate written release. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize may constitute permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness and city/state for promotional purposes without further compensation, subject to a separate release where required.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, participating prize providers, Meta, Instagram, Facebook and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

10. Platform Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or other causes compromise its proper administration. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

12. Privacy and Winner List

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and fulfill prizes in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy: https://blvdlasvegas.com/privacy-policy/. For the name of a winner, send a request to [email protected] no later than November 19, 2026.

13. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
